I have been in the funeral industry for approximately 20 years, and I’ve spent most of my time working in Westbury on Trym, Bristol. I have gathered a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with all areas and aspects of the funeral industry. I am now excited to be able to provide my families with exactly what they choose at a time they want. Being able to provide constant care and advice when needed is a privilege. It is important now for families to find the right price as well as the right service. We are more than happy for people to come along and have an informal chat with us.

I have been working within the funeral for the last 18 years. I have found this profession is more of a vocation and love to devote my time and experience helping families that need assistance. We are a small funeral home so I will meet you at the funeral home and on the day on the day of the funeral, I will guide you through the funeral.

I started out in the funeral industry in 2012, working alongside Louise in Westbury on Trym, for 6 years. After a break from the funeral industry, coming back to it full time in December 2021, it’s great to be able to work alongside a small and dedicated team. I enjoy meeting every family and take comfort in listening to some of their loved one’s stories. We only get one chance to ensure the families all have the service they require, and I am grateful I can help them with that. Outside of work I enjoy, going to the Rugby, playing skittles, camping, and chasing after my 4 young children

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. me and my family really cannot thank everyone at BCM enough, from the very first phone call to the day of the service everything has been perfect for mum and exactly what she would have wanted, Louise was so warm and welcoming listening to everything we said we wanted, offering ideas to accommodate our vision for mum and was so compassionate, Chris helped us with making sure everything we wanted with mum was able to be with her and Craig helped us getting mum to the crematorium talking us through everything we needed to do where we needed to be right to the last minute, mum was treated kindly and with dignity and we just could not be more thankful to every single member of the team for just being amazing.

They are an absolutely fantastic company whose care and respect for the deceased is obvious in all the dealings that I had with them. Their website is easy to navigate and very clear on pricing and what is included in each level of package you can choose from. All the staff are very compassionate and just lovely people. They made the process of dealing with a death and all its associated processes much easier and a lot less stressful. They were quick to respond to all queries and clear in their communication. On comparison of price for the package I choose they were cheaper or comparable to other companies within the local area. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We dealt with Louise who was so accommodating with all our requests. She advised and helped us throughout and we couldn’t have asked for anymore during this tough time.
